Returns & Exchanges
At Slip®, we want you to love your silk essentials as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty products and accessories must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Slip® branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in resaleable condition.
- 3.Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the items are inspected at our warehouse.
